Katalyst Diagnostics joins Cruinn Diagnostics Group

Katalyst Diagnostics is pleased to announce that it has joined Cruinn Diagnostics, a leading provider of laboratory diagnostic equipment, reagents, consumables and calibration services across Ireland and the UK.

The agreement marks an important milestone in Katalyst Diagnostics’ continued growth and provides a strong platform to further develop our specialist point-of-care diagnostics offering and expand the reach of our products and services.

Katalyst Diagnostics supports NHS and clinical customers across a range of specialist care settings, including mental health, oncology, paediatrics and other areas of healthcare.

As part of the Cruinn Diagnostics Group, Katalyst will continue to operate under its existing leadership, with Afsheen Khan remaining as Managing Director. Our customers will continue to benefit from the expertise, service and relationships they have come to expect from the Katalyst team.

Building on our strengths

Joining Cruinn Diagnostics brings together complementary capabilities, specialist knowledge and established customer relationships across the UK and Ireland.

The partnership will provide Katalyst with additional infrastructure and resources to support our continued development, while creating opportunities to introduce our portfolio of point-of-care diagnostic solutions to a wider customer base.

The combined group now has more than 100 employees and revenues exceeding €50 million, creating a strong platform for future growth across the diagnostics sector.
