Troubleshooting If the lighter fails to ignite or experiences gas leakage, please refer to the following troubleshooting solutions: 3.1 Gas Leakage / Unable to Refill If gas leaks continuously while the lighter cannot be filled, the issue is caused by one of the following two reasons: - Internal residual gas creates high internal pressure, preventing new gas from entering and causing external leakage. - Mismatch between the canister nozzle and the lighter filling port leads to poor sealing and gas leakage. 3.2 Insufficient Gas Supply - If the fuel tank is empty, refill with high-quality butane gas. - If residual air or old gas remains inside, fully vent the lighter first, then refill with fresh butane gas. 3.3 Improper Flame Valve Adjustment - Over-high setting: Maximum airflow causes unstable flame, flickering, or automatic extinguishing. - Over-low setting: Insufficient gas pressure leads to ignition failure. - Solution: After refilling, wait several minutes for the internal gas pressure to stabilize. Adjust the valve to the middle position before ignition. 3.4 Poor Gas Quality - Always use high-purity butane gas. Low-quality gas contains impurities that may block the nozzle, obstruct gas flow, and cause ignition failure or abnormal leakage.
